Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us on Facebook messenger, Instagram direct message or email stag.doe@outlook.com. If your return is accepted we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items are returned at your own cost and risk. We strongly recommend you return items via a tracked delivery method. If you qualified for free delivery on your order, and returning an item would have taken you under the free delivery threshold, we will deduct the cost of the original delivery from your refund. The same applies for free shipping events - if you return a whole order from a free shipping event, we will deduct the original cost of shipping from your refund.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF USED PRODUCTS UNLESS FAULTY AND WE HAVE AGREED IT VIA EMAIL PRIOR TO YOU RETURNING THE ITEM.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we have reason to believe damage has been caused by user error.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order up to 30 minutes after placing it if you change your mind, and we will send you a full refund. After 30 minutes please contact us to see if your parcel has been dispatched, if it hasn’t then we can still cancel it for you. If it has, you will need to follow the returns process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of the product, so please make sure you enter the correct information, including spelling, at the time of ordering.
